Overview
Starting your first day at CBU can be very exciting or nerve-wracking! The more prepared you are for your first day of class, the smoother your adjustment into the academic school year will be.
CBU will send you a variety of emails to help you navigate your first semester. Please read any email from CBU very carefully!
This guide will walk you through preparing yourself and your devices for the first day of class.
Preparation Checklist
1. ▢ Check that you have a laptop, or similar device, that meets the minimum requirements.
2. ▢ Change your CBU password from the default one.
3. ▢ Set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
4. ▢ Get your student ID as soon as possible!
5. ▢ Ensure your devices are connected to Wi-Fi.
6. ▢ Ensure you know your CBU Email and Password.
7. ▢ Ensure you can log onto your CBU Email and Moodle, to check for information from your instructors.
