Overview
The CBU Library is an invaluable source to find literature and information sources, such as books, journal articiles, films, etc., that will help you learn and review information for your assignments, papers, and essays during your time here at CBU. Your Library account will allow you to access these resources online.
Supplies such as calculators, phone chargers, and headphones, are available in person at the library.
To take out equipment at the library, you must have a Student Identification Card. To find out how get acquire a Student ID, click here.
- All resources provided by the library are free at no cost to you. Some physical options may have return dates which can occur fees if they are late.
Instructions

Navigate to the CBU Homepage (cbu.ca). Select the seventh item on the primary navigation menu called "LOGINš¤

A pop up should appear with two columns. Select the seventh option on the left panel called "MY LIBRARY ACCOUNT."

This should take you to another page. Select "CBU Students & Staff."

This should take you to another tab titled "NovaNet." You can log in in the primary menu option called "Sign In" using your CBU account details. While NovaNet is usable without signing in, your access will be greatly decreased.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I print at the library?
Yes, for a fee. You must pay 10 cents per black and white page printed. You must pay this in advance in the library in person.
Does the library have wireless printing?
No. Wireless printing is not supported at the library.
Do I have to be a student to access the library?
No. The public may access the library and use certain resources. Please note that these resources are not as numerous as those of students.
Does CBU IT Services manage the library database?
No. The library manages it's own website and database. Any issues with NovaNet should be resolved through the CBU Library directly.
