Overview
This article will help guide through the process of adding MFA to your account.
Note: The instructions will vary depending on the device you are using.
Mobile Device Setup
- Log in to your student or employee account. You will see a prompt:

- Click Next

- From here we want to browse our mobile phone store based on your device (Play Store for Android, App Store for Apple) and download the app called Microsoft Authenticator App
- Once the application is downloaded and installed on your mobile device you can now return to where you attempted to log in as shown in step 3.
- Click Next and click the "Pair your account to the app by clicking this link"

- This will pair your account to the app automatically. Once it does this click Next once again
- The app will send a test notification to your mobile device to ensure setup has completed. It will look like this. Enter the number that is displayed on screen as shown in the images below:


- Once this is completed you will receive a approval message. Your MFA will have been setup and connected to your account.
