Add New Device

If you have a new device (old replacement, lost old phone) you can update your MFA by accessing this link:
Additional Security Verification Page

This link will have you log in with your work or school account (Your CBU email address).

Once you are signed in you should be brought to this page:

From here we want to click + Add sign-in method

If you have a new device, simply select Authenticator app:

Follow the prompts and steps on screen to update your device. Once it has been updated and added to your account you can now go in and remove your previous phone from the sign in methods (The process to do this is explained below).
 

Remove/Update Your Device

To update and remove your device (you must have the previous device) you can access this link:

This link will have you log in with your work or school account (Your cbu email address).

Once you are signed in you should be automatically directed to the security info page:

Once you are on this page you can see there are devices listed with the associated account.

To delete the device, you simply click the delete button

Click OK

Your old device will now be removed from your account.
