Searching and Favorites on TDX

Overview 

• Adding favorites makes it very efficient to access the information and services you need. 

Favorites

1. When you are viewing any services or knowledge base article you should see a button to the right of the page with a star icon. 
    
2. Once clicked it will change colour to blue:
    
3. To view all of your favorites simply look to the top of the screen and you should see My Favorites
   
    
4. When you click on this it will display all your favorite services.
    

NOTE: The service favorites and knowledge base favorites are separate. The process is identical to add, remove and view favorites for knowledge base articles. 

Searching Within TDX

• On the top of the page you should see a small search bar with a drop down selection. You can enter your search terms and filter the results to services or knowledge base articles.
