Overview
- Adding favorites makes it very efficient to access the information and services you need.
Favorites
- When you are viewing any services or knowledge base article you should see a button to the right of the page with a star icon.
- Once clicked it will change colour to blue:
- To view all of your favorites simply look to the top of the screen and you should see My Favorites
- When you click on this it will display all your favorite services.
NOTE: The service favorites and knowledge base favorites are separate. The process is identical to add, remove and view favorites for knowledge base articles.
Searching Within TDX
- On the top of the page you should see a small search bar with a drop down selection. You can enter your search terms and filter the results to services or knowledge base articles.
