How to install and setup TeamViewer

Overview 

  • Team Viewer is a fully functional remote desktop software that allows for more features to help troubleshoot issues remotely. 

Instructions

  1. Visit TeamViewer and click Free Download in the upper right hand cornerUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  2. This screen will display multiple options. We want to select TeamViewer FreeUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  3. Next we want to choose our operating system. Select the appropriate operating system. We want to choose TeamViewer QuickSupport and download the 64 bit version:

  4. The file should have downloaded to your downloads folder in your PC. Navigate there and double click the installer to run the application:Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  5. Once you open the application you should see a screen that looks like this:

  6. We will ask you for your ID and password to connect remotely to your PC.
