- Update your personal information such as your name and email address.
Instructions
- Click the following link CBU Service Request Form.
- Once you are on the Service Request page there is a number of options to choose from. Select Option 7: Change of Information for current CBU students
- Follow the form instructions by filling out the information that is requested
