  • Update your personal information such as your name and email address.

Instructions

  1. Click the following link CBU Service Request Form. 
     
  2. Once you are on the Service Request page there is a number of options to choose from. Select Option 7: Change of Information for current CBU students
     
  3. Follow the form instructions by filling out the information that is requested
