Password-less Sign In Error

- "Authentication method 'X509, MultiFactor, PasswordlessPhoneSignIn' by which the user authenticated with the service doesn't match requested authentication method"
Microsoft Authenticator App Instructions
- Navigate to the Microsoft Authenticator Application on your mobile device.
- Choose your Cape Breton University account
- Click the Cog/Gear Wheel in the upper right hand corner.

- You should see the option Disable passwordless sign-in. Click on this.
- Click Disable on the next prompt
- It should prompt you to authenticate and once that is done then you will return back to a normal password required sign in which will not give you this error message.
