Clearing Internet Browsing Data (Cookies/Cache) - Safari

Overview 

  • Browsing the web or logging into various accounts can be hindered sometimes by cached credentials. It is good practice when experiencing issues with websites loading or logging in to clear your browsing data as a first line of troubleshooting.

Instructions

  1. Open Safari and at the top select history 
     
  2. From here we simply choose Clear HistoryUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Once you select Clear History we want to ensure we select all time for data to ensure our best effort at fixing our problem.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  4. Close your browser and reopen it.
