How to Access Help
We want you to succeed at CBU, and we have many teams here to help you. At IT Services, we provide assistance on technical issues such as networking slowdown, errors logging into your account, broken devices, Student IDs, and more You can contact us via:

IT Services: can be reached at it_services@cbu.ca or call 902-563-1123. Unless your issue is immediately pressing, it is recommended that you email IT Services for greater clarity.
On-Campus IT Support: IT Services can be found on he first floor of the Marvin Harvey building, across from the registers office.
