
Classes Missing
Don't worry! Your classes can be missing because a few reasons; Here are some of them:
- Your professor has not made the course visible yet
Often, your professors will wait until the end of the first weeks term to make the course visible on Moodle. Be patient as they could still be prepping and loading content into the Moodle course. If you think they have forgotten reach out to some of your classmates to see if they can see the course. If they cannot see it either then it is likely not visible to students just yet. If you think they have forgotten reach out to your professor.
- You just enrolled in the course
If you enrolled into a course, dropped and changed a class or even switch a section you will not see the course immediately in Moodle. The updates have to sync and this can take anywhere from 24-48 hours. If you still cannot see the class in 48 hours then please create a service request and include the course and section of the class missing.
