View My Ticket Requests

Instructions

  1. To view your Requests you can simply login and click the button on the landing page here:
    https://cbu.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/157/Portal/Home/Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  2. You can also view your requests by clicking on Services. Once you click on that there will be various headers appear just below. Click My Requests to view all your outstanding ticket requests.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  1. This is your Ticket ID number. 
     
  2. You can add an attachment via this blue Add Attachment button. 
     
  3. You can withdraw your request by clicking the red Withdraw Request button
     
  4. This is where any attachments would be located. If I.T included any files or attachments you can find them here. You can also hit the + icon to add an attachment here as well.
     
  5. If there is a Knowledge Base article attached to the ticket by I.T at any point then you would see it here. You can click on the link and it will direct you to the KB article about your subject matter.
