TDX Service Page Overview

Overview 

  • TDX is our new service platform that we will utilize that will drastically change how work together. This is a brief overview of the information you will likely see among all services within our client portal.

  1. This is a brief description of the service being provided. This is a small overview to give you an idea of what is being offered.
     
  2. Instructions on how to use this service and information pertaining on how to create a service request.
     
  3. A brief explanation as to why the service is important to give better context of its purpose within CBU.
     
  4. Who can view/create requests of this service type.
     
  5. This is the button that will appear on almost all services. This is how you create a service request (ticket). 
     
  6. The Share button allows you to share to article to your fellow colleagues or classmates. Simply enter their email and it will send them the link to the service page or knowledge base article. 
     
  7. The Add to Favorites Button allows users to save their favorite services/articles so they can easily access for future reference. Great for re-occurring issues. (Will discuss favorites in another article).
     
  8. Related articles section allows for users to get a brief preview of any knowledge base articles that are available about the service. This is great as you can simply click on the link for the corresponding article and it will provide step by step instructions on how to setup, utilize, and troubleshoot various issues (when applicable).
